Richard directs all construction projects. He is a third generation real estate developer and is a prominent figure in the Colorado commercial real estate market. His rich and varied experience extends to all aspects of residential and commercial development including single unit residential housing, multi-unit residential housing, office industrial and hotel. Richard is very active in his church in Frisco Colorado. He has served on a number of mission trips to Uganda and Papua New Guinea. He earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from Texas A&M University.
