Brad Geghan

VP of Finance

Brad started with the McKeever Companies in May of 2008. He manages all of the financial matters for the developments and the company. Brad's background as a financial analyst comes from the six years working for NorthMarq Capital in New York City. He worked on analyzing and financed large commercial building across the east coast from four million dollar storage facility to four hundred million dollar regional malls and flagship hotels. Brad has also worked as a commercial real estate and commercial mortgage broker in Florida and Colorado. Originally from Connecticut, Brad received his degree in Economics from Colorado State University with a semester spent studying economics at Mary Immaculate in Ireland. He has lived seven years in the Vail Valley and 12 years in Colorado.
